Arsenal Media will replicate a version of The BuzzWall™ multimedia installation featured at the Miami Dolphin’s Sun Life stadium at the Christie booth (#1629) this week at the industry trade show. Developed with Christie® by Arsenal Integrated, a division of the Montreal-based creative firm, the BuzzWall blends multiple content zones, gesture technology, live feeds, sound, mobile, social media and print.

Arsenal has a large team at the show this week to help Christie market the concept of video walls as a canvas, in just about any shape. That work is just part of a busy schedule for Arsenal president Denys Lavigne and his team.
Lavigne is speaking Wednesday at a DSE educational seminar on “A World of Shapes: A New Approach to the Integration of Digital Screens/Canvases in Public Environments.” The session will explore how new shapes and large resolution digital canvases are forcing the industry to review and rethink how digital installations are put together. The session runs from 3-4 PM at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Lavigne and his team will be on hand Wednesday evening for the Digital Signage Expo Content and Apex Awards. A pair of projects, both involving the Christie® MicroTiles™ technology, are finalists in four project and content categories at the industry’s top awards event.
The ‘Shop-or-Play’ interactive installation developed for Christie’s USA Head Office in Cypress, California is a finalist in one category, while a project developed for the Executive Offices of The Nielsen Company is a finalist in three categories.
“These projects allowed us to explore exciting new ways in the development of multimedia installations,” says Denys Lavigne, President of Montreal-based Arsenal Media and Arsenal Integrated, “and that’s a tribute to our clients and their vision of this media. Considering how many amazing projects there are on the market, we’re honored that this work was singled out and celebrated.”
A demo of The Virtual Shelf™ innovative merchandising platform, also developed by Arsenal integrated, is also on display at Christie’s DSE booth this week.
Arsenal is also one of the sponsors of the informal industry mixer organized by the consulting firm, The Preset Group, the night before the exhibit hall opens.
