Montreal, April 2, 2013 – Award-winning digital creative agency Arsenal Media has formally expanded from its Canadian base to the United States with the appointment of media veteran Art Williams as Director of Sales and Marketing.

Working from a new Arsenal office in Miami, Florida, Williams is responsible for Montreal-based Arsenal’s business development strategy and strategic partnerships.

His experience and deep knowledge of the industry enriches Arsenal’s capabilities and strengthens our reach in the US,” comments Denys Lavigne, President and Chief Strategist at Arsenal Media. “His appointment reinforces our commitment to developing quality digital strategies for our clients and meeting with the increasing demand for new and innovative ways to captivate and engage audiences.”

Williams’ professional experience includes over 15 years in digital media solutions, marketing and IT with companies such as IBM and Disney. He also owned and operated a digital-out-of-home (DOOH) TV network, working with an array of brands and production firms. He has also consulted with several digital signage operators and digital media entities to setup and reinforce strategy, design, deployment and management processes.
